Online Employer Reporting

The Chicago & Vicinity Laborers’ District Council Benefit Fund Office offers an online employer self-service portal (ESS) with many enhancements for submitting monthly contribution reports and payments for our signatory employers. 

Access to our ESS portal is located at https://chilabprodess.v3locity.com.  You can register for the ESS portal by contacting the Fund Office by phone at (708) 562-0200 ext. 520 or by email at finance@chilpwf.com.
