Contribution Due Date
Contractors are required to submit contributions to the Laborers’ Funds by the 10th of the first month following the month in which work was performed. These contributions become delinquent after the 10th of the second month, as shown by table below:

Contractor Web Reporting
Effective March 30, 2009, the Funds are pleased to introduce Contractor Web Reporting. This is a tool allowing you to submit your monthly contribution reports to the Funds via the internet. You should find submitting monthly reports using this method to be easy and convenient as you may enter your report through an Internet connection. It allows you to enter or upload working hours for your employees and it immediately reconciles your contributions.
You will have two payment options available:
- ACH Online Payment In order to process your payment using ACH, you will need to submit your bank routing and account number information to the Funds for verification and account setup prior to the first ACH payment.
- Coupon Payment With this option, you mail your payment coupon and check to our lockbox prior to the delinquent date.
The other feature that is available if you register is the ability to review your previously submitted contribution reports enabling you to be on an alert for any shortage or overage amounts.
This Contractor Web Reporting system is available 22 hours a day (with a nightly maintenance window), seven days a week. The system utilizes the most advanced security available to ensure the privacy of your information. All transactions are conducted over a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) connection secured with 128 bit encryption.
